Integrate Play Solutions (IPS) offers a very unique service that caters to a demographic we originally had difficulties empathizing with. IPS utilizes a communication mediation methodology called "LEGO serious play", where special LEGO bricks are used as a tool to facilitate communication between team members.
At the start of the project no one on the design team was aware of what "LEGO serious play" was. Before we could start our design process we felt it was imperative that we gain a better comprehension of what "LEGO serious play" entailed. We conducted an in-depth literature review on the topic that culminated with our client giving us a short session. The insight we gained from our research allowed us to produce a product that far exceded in quality what would have been possible otherwise.
